The breakfast was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice they provided a fan as there is no AC but I have noticed that seems more common in Sweden not to have AC. We were able to fully open the window until bed time so that was a nice way to get cool air.

Decent hotel, close to Romme Alpin

We spent one night here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is in good condition, looks modern and newly renovated. There were crumbs in one of our beds, which is very disturbing - seems the sheets were maybe not changed or someone was eating while making the bed? Not very sanitary. The breakfast is nice and what you would expect at a chain hotel. The dinner buffet was not edible. Plan to eat at a nearby restaurant for dinner.

I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool and that’s why I paid so much money but when I asked for the swimming pool they said that it’s closed. I was very disappointed and I wish not book that hotel again.

Vi hadde hyggelige oppholdet på hotellet god mat, god service, fikk hjelp ingang når har ingen strøm på rommet og viften er ikke funker. Renhold er bra når vi kommer på rommet, men fikk ikke vasket for 5 dager bor der.

En natt med två barn på genomresa

Väldigt varm natt mitt i sommarvärmen i helt okej rum och hotell i övrigt. Trevlig frukostrestaurang med helt okej frukost. Korridorerna är slitna men rummet var fräscht.

Fräscht rum med skön säng och fräscht badrum. Det fanns en bra fläkt och mörkläggningsgardiner, vilket var till stor hjälp när det var 28 grader ute i juli. Jag kommer absolut att komma tillbaka till Scandic Borlänge!

Nöjd men varm

Allt finns som en familj kan tänkas behöva, poolen var mycket uppskattad. Hade fått fullt betyg om det hade funnits solfilm, markis eller AC, för det har varit fruktansvärt varmt i rummen nu närvdet varit 25-30 grader om dagarna.

Som förväntat

Precis vad man skall förvänta sig av ett Scandic-hotell. Bra faciliteter för barn, rent och prydligt, trevlig personal, bra frukost, allt fungerade smidigt. Inget spektakulärt, men väl prisvärt. Kunde önskat bättre luftkonditionering, men vi var också där årets varmaste dagar. Kan rekommenderas.

Ingen AC på rummet gjorde det väldigt svårt att sova när det var väldigt varmt ute. Rummen var okej men korridorerna med väggar och golv var väldigt slitna.

Konstruktionsfel när man inte har luftintag

Fräscht o modernt hotell men ett rum på 15 kvm utan friskluftsintag eller termostatstyrd värme (fanns ett lite luftintagspjäll på 5 mm x20 cm uppe på fönstret) i juli är vedervärdigt. Fönstret plomberat och duschen kass ventilerat vilket gav en varm klibbig dålig luft upplevelse
