「The restroom was all rusted and the room smelled bad. There were also stains on the sheets. We asked the staff to change our room and we were told that they don't have availability and this is the room we get booking through expedia. After insisting that we would like a different room, we were told that we will need to get another room and pay for it separately. What was advertised through expedia did not match the room that we were given. Based on the reviews and the pictures, it was a bait and...

「My stay was exceptional. It was such a beautiful hotel, I stayed in the Annex and was worried that it would be far and uncomfortable but I was wrong, it was steps away from the main building and my room had a pretty view of the ocean. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was lovely and clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach was a quick walk as was the city center. The Breakfast was beyond wonderful, the pool was exceptional...but most of all the staff were so...
