"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is directly under the kitchen where the staff had been cleaning up until 12 AM running kitchen equipment and banging on the floor. We got no sleep that night. We were then moved to another room which was very quaint but very small. At about 10 o’clock that night there was no hot water for a shower. Then the last two days we moved to a room that had a nice view and was more accommodating, but the majority of the lightbulbs and lamps did not work and the toilet had no pressure. Along with that no hot water for two of the showers that I took..
we talked to others that we’re staying at the hotel and found many of the same issues however, some were pleasantly pleased. As I mentioned, we’re very grateful for the staff for their help and their kindness. Unfortunately, in my opinion, I would feel a little uncomfortable, giving my recommendation to this property until some of the things have been corrected. Thank you so much."
