Really nice stay really convenient location for the station and Bordeaux city centre just a tram journey. Room was spacious and clean, shower was ok but wasn’t that powerful, only one iron so if you wanted it you had to hope no one else was using it. Would highly recommend due to location and the quietness of the place.

Disappointing stay

Well located but frustrating stay. We weren’t allowed to check in a minute early so had to wait in a local coffee shop. The room had a downstairs part which resembled a waiting room and then a tiny spiral staircase to the bedroom. The staircase was too small to get a suitcase up, and was very slippery. There was a kitchenette downstairs, but no tea or coffee making facilities - making no sense. There is little noise insulation between rooms.

Maybe if it was 1/2 the price?! At one point likely very nice, but now old, tired and not cleaned well...Large bug/beatle/cockroach jumped out in living room...one v tiny waste basket in the bathroom, nothing more and there was even a kitchenette. Old grime left behind in kitchnette...or something. If they cleaned it up and refreshed it it has great potential. Neighborhood quiet and close to the train station...the only advantage!

We stayed for two nights three days and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.....but it was close to the train station, it was convenient to access to different places. When we went back to the hotel at night around 8 pm, grocery stories were closed so we had no choice but drank one of the water bottle in the fridge and we were told that it cost 2 €.

TrÚs peu satisfaite, à la limite de la déception

Je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite de mon sĂ©jour pour plusieurs raisons: il faisait plutĂŽt froid dans l'appartement Ă  mon arrivĂ©e et je n'ai trouvĂ© aucune couette/couverture supplĂ©mentaire; et comme je n'aime pas dormir avec le chauffage trop Ă©levĂ©, j'ai eu froid toute la nuit le manque voire l'absence de conseils sur des adresses pour manger Ă  proximitĂ© (on aurait vraiment dit que ma question Ă©tait exceptionnelle...) le fait de ne pouvoir payer que par espĂšce ou par chĂšque (pour une taxe de sĂ©jour...) le fait de proposer un petit dĂ©jeuner seulement Ă  partir de 7h30; aprĂšs peut etre que cet hotel est plutĂŽt rĂ©servĂ© pour des sĂ©jours loisirs mais dans mon cas je suis assez dĂ©cue et pourtant je ne crois pas ĂȘtre trop exigeante...
