I stayed here with my two children and our dog. Excellent value for money, good transport links (10 minutes walk to tram) and the staff were very helpful.

The staff was excellent and it was clean. The bathroom was extremly small and the bed not so comfortable. BUT we were told that they are doing reservations and everything will be better. So it might be better in the future.

Hotel not so easy to find if you come by tram.Outside building looks like a ship mainly metal construction. There is no common seating area or kettle , bathroom is small. The price is quite reasonable and bre akfast basic but plenty .

Premier not so Classe.

The hotel was in a disgraceful state. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were reasonable friendly and the bed sheets were clean. Everything else should be consigned to the rubbish skip

This property was cheap, as you would expect from this network of hotels. But there is cheap and basic, which is fine, and then there’s cheap and seriously run down, which this place is. It’s the most run down example of a Premier Classe I’ve yet stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many. The a air con controller was hanging off the wall, with its wires cut - so clearly no air con. The floor was cracked and had ingrained dirt, as did the bathroom fittings. Best all, the room door seals were hanging loose so the door would only lock if you slammed it hard. I bet that made every one around me really pleased when I arrived at 23:30! Come on Premier Classe; cheap and cheerful, not cheap and rundown, please! On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was ample parking.

Does not live up to its name

Rooms were shabby, door on one didn’t open/close properly. Bathroom was tiny, not clean with panel and shower tap that came away from wall. Very few facilities in the room (little storage, no dressing table, no tea/coffee making). Breakfast (“continental”) had meagre selection. OK, it was not expensive, but hardly “Premiere Classe” !

Séjour difficile

Odeurs désagréables dans la chambre ( cigarette et odeur d’égout) . Personnes trop bruyantes qui ne respectent pas la tranquillité des gens. Problème technique avec l’alarme incendie qui nous a empêché de bien dormir la nuit lors du dernier séjour car ça faisait trop de bruit et ça sonnait en permanence.

Attention à l'emplacement de votre chambre

J'étais dans la dernière chambre la plus proche de la route et j'avais l'impression de dormir sans aucune isolation phonique. Le bruit environant est omniprésent et dérangeant. État général vétuste.

Hôtel à petit prix, très bien pour 1 nuit et pour faire des économies. Situation géographique idéale, rocade pas très loin et centre ville de Bordeaux à proximité. Restaurant en face, et commerce à proximité. Chambre de petite taille, mais correcte pour le prix. Literie confortable, linge de lit passable. Minuscule salle d’eau, mais pour le prix c’est ok! Petit déjeuner convenable à prix raisonnable. Accueil agréable et à l’écoute du client.
