We liked that it was in city centre and close to transport. The room was spacious and facilities good. There was a shared lounge and kitchen area together with an outside court yard. The kitchen is well set up with everything needed. Pierre the owner is very obliging. Overall a pleasant place to rest your head.

Beautiful apartment @ main square. pictures can't tell all, owner is very helpful for check in and check out since this property is private owner. Fresh croissant & baguette delivery every morning @ front door, we're wishing to stay @ this unit little longer to explorer more @ Bordeaux. Hopping we can come back to this city soon and stay @ this beautiful 5 stars patio apartment.

A must stay in Bordeaux!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We were shocked when we walked in to see how beautiful and spacious it was. The best location as well, we were right in the city and the apartment had a beautiful small terrace overlooking the city. The bathroom was gorgeous and had plenty of room for a family. All the appliances worked well and we could even do some laundry. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back soon! Very convenient location!

I believe that my booking was switched from a loft apartment to a room.I shared my disfavor with the owner. He claimed that I booked the smaller room. I did not. There were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. My holiday was spoiled.

Nice place, great location, poor managment

This is advertised as a hotel, which it is not. We booked thinking we had an apartment with two bedroom only to find we were sharing with another couple. Cleaning staff banged on our bedroom doors on saturday morning asking for room payment and once we were up they started to clean the apartment whilst we were trying to sit around and relax. The apartment is a nice clean, well presented building in a wonderful location but I think the owners need to think about how they market this property, I believe it is misleading and I dont appreciate turning up for a weekend to find complete strangers sharing the place with us.

水量豊富で温かいシャワー、リネンは清潔、交通の便が良い、電気がつく 以上の事が宿泊費と見合う、と思う人はこちらを選ぶと良いでしょう。 キッチンのシュガーポットの周りに蟻がうろつき、冷蔵庫の中は汚く(カビの生えたオレンジジュース、飲みかけの牛乳、使いかけのバター、冷凍庫は霜だらけ) トイレの奥は掃除がされておらず、ソファはシミだらけ、ブランケットは汚れがついたまま、クックトップの使い方は不明で説明書もない、テレビの音は出ない、窓はきちんと閉まらない… これと言ったサービスは受けていませんが、事前に引き落としされます。 私たちはこれまで沢山の宿泊施設を経験しましたが、ここはお勧め出来ません。

多人数でボルドーを楽しめる

街の中心に近く、部屋も広くて寛げます。　でも、所々にアリが来てます。　ビールの空き缶やパンのカスに注意！ もう１つ部屋があって、そちらにお客がいると少し気を使います。他人数で二部屋使うなら、広いリビングや中庭があり、夜遅くまでワインを楽しめます。

Ha sido mi experiencia más terrible en mis reservaciones con Hotels.com, no es en realidad un hotel, no tienen gente que atienda los problemas , no nos dieron desayuno y tuvimos que cambiarnos a un hotel real porque el drenaje se desbordó en la regadera y recámara , un edificio con instalaciones muy antiguas , a la fecha no me han restituido ningún reembolso , sigo a la espera, hotels.com debería tener más cuidado al proporcionar estos sitios como opciones

Dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel. Aucun accueil on reçoit un mail et on doit se débrouiller seul. La climatisation fonctionnait quand elle avait envie alors que les chaleurs étaient importantes. J’ai demandé une facture elle m’a été éditée en anglais. J’avais demandé un paiement différent de celui qui m’a été imposé. Chambre propre mais finalement assez vieillotte. Une prise sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas

El departamento es un poco difícil de encontrar ya que en google maps está mal ubicado. La zona es muy linda, cerca de la parte linda de la ciudad, hay un supermercado a unos pasos. El departamento está muy lindo, tranquilo. Tiene tv, pero no tiene microondas, no tiene cacerola para pasta, el lavaropas no solo NO funciona sino que nos manchó la ropa con óxido! Le falta un poco de limpieza hay algunas telas de arañas y tuve que limpiar el lavaropas antes de usarlo. La parte buena es que nos dejaron manteca, mermelada, jugo de naranjas, té y café. Las sábanas y toallas impecables. Pierre es muy amable

Pierre is a great host.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything about this place is a strong 10 or higher. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The ONLY negative is the tram line runs in front of the building.

Très bon emplacement

Logement très bien situé en plein triangle d'or. Parfait pour se promener, faire du shopping et des sorties culturelles ou aller au restaurant. Nous avions la suite, pour 3 personnes: confortable et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Il aurait juste fallut un petit coup de nettoyage dans la sdb.
