Suprisingly pleasant

From the outside this accommodation doesn't look great. Both the outside and inside are tired looking. However it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a perfect stop over for one night. Air conditioning would have been great but not desperately needed. The beds were really comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and good size fridge.

The room was very dirty: the walls had lots of stains, the area around the kitchen was disgusting, I found hairs in my bed and my kids were full of insect bite. Very disappointed. This place shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms.

this is the worst hotel I have been in all my life. DURTY, the walls with mosquitos stamped, the bath room dirty, the kitchen dirty, it was terrible. If you want I have photos. I really think that expedia abuse for the loyal customers not checking the property. As a person I don´t like abusing of others but in this case Expedia and the Hotel is abusing of us. I have tried to talk to the manager and he was very rude with us

L'appartement étais propre et comparer a beaucoup d'autres avis , celle ci ne sentait pas la cigarette. Les équipements cuisine ok. Par contre. Aucune climatisation ou bien ventilateur. Plus de 34 degré a minuit malgré les fenêtres ouverte.... même si l'hôtel n'est pas un 4 étoiles, un minimum de système de refroidissement pourrais être mis en place. Bordeaux est une ville très vite étouffante en chaleur .

Schmuddeliges Hotel, bloß nicht

Ein dreckigeres und schmudeligeres Hotel gibt es nicht. Es hat gestunken und es war dreckig. Das Bett dreckig und Badezimmer dreckig. Am Tisch klebte etwas das aussah wie angetrocknetes erbrochenes. Ich habe noch nie was ekelhafteres gesehen. Für dieses Hotel geld zu nehmen ist eine Frechheit. Sind sofort in ein anderes hotel gegangen. Mit uns reden wollte keiner an der Rezeption. Man hätte Feierabend und vorgesetzte wären nicht da. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen die dieses Hotrl verlassen haben. Ich kann garnicht beschreiben wie schockiert wir waren. Leider musste man einen Stern geben aber dieser ist nicht verdient.

C'est plus une résidence de moyen a long terme qu'un hôtel. Plusieurs bâtiments L'ensemble est en état moyen. Pas vétuste mais pas terrible. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel.
