The best! World class service from staff, cleanliness, dining, bora activities! Family friendly! Everything you need is there if you go on vacation. You really feel you are on “vacation”. They also have transportation airport/resort vice versa. Food is great, enjoy good quality breakfast buffet which is “included” in your stay. I can say they offer one of the NICEST hospitality you could ever have in a lifetime. Keep up GOOD WORK HENANN PRIME!

Henann Prime has 2 separate buildings, 1 across the main road. And the other is beach front so be mindful when booking a room. But the services, staff and facilities is excellent. Quiet place, I highly recommend if you just want to de-stress from city life.

Pros: 1. The resort stays on the one (if not the best) best Philippines beaches--white sand and glass-like water. 2. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained. 3. The buffet breakfast has decent variety of foods and never runs out of them. 4. The restaurant has really good food though in a bit limited variety. 5. The town is just a walk/ride away with great offers for food; and I mean great. 6. The resort staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Cons: 1. Vendors on the beach--until 10 am, you cannot even see the sea behind them--they just stand there in from of you. 2. Vendors can be pretty annoying--the very first day, an ice-cream vendor was standing like 2 feet from me screaming on top of his lungs "Ice creeeeeem!" nonstop the whole day. 3, The property has only 24(?) beach chairs available to the resort per local regulation, so do the math about their availability.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful; is also located in a really good area we you can ride the motorbike and go anywhere or walk to the closets stores or restaurants.

Room was very nice, and bed was made twice a day. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic, and only fans in the dining area, so could get quite warm with lots of people. Limited lounges on the beach side as the property is not that wide, so was a scramble in the mornings to get one.

The Hotel and staff are very nice and welcoming. The only problem I had when we arrived at the airport expecting we have shuttle to their Hotel. Regardless you have reservations or not they should automatically added to their guest list who will be checking in that day, with their booking transportation from the airport to the hotel. Since we came from abroad bcoz there is no way not to take that transportation bcoz from the airport you need a ride to the boat terminal then another ride to the hotel. Since Hennan is a 4-5 star hotel they have their own shuttle bus and speed boat to assist their all guest. Unless if there any changes like how many people will be arriving or cancelled their reservation. Hope this will help Hennan to clear this issue. Bcoz last year we checked in also in Hennan Park and I did not have a transportation reservation but I got our ride and our names was in their list who is arriving that day. Maybe only Prime beach resort have their issue for this transportation???. Consider this comments to get better service to all of your guest. Thank you.

Expensive given the limited facilities. Only resultant was the breakfast cafeteria which was also the main route from the hotel to the beach so constant flow of people walking through. Other Henann properties I stayed at on the island had better food choices and pool facilities.

We travelled to boracay for a week and stayed at henann prime and its a nice hotel located on Station 1. Its walking distance to dmall but bring water as its hot to walk or catch a tricycle if you dont want to deal with heat. The staff is supper friendly and the hotel is clean. They have massages by the pool or in room and we enjoyed the massage. The breakfast buffet is good and thanks rose and lea for all the good service in the morning. I would stay here again or maybe try another henann location on the main strip as they have 7 different options. Thank you henann prime!

Hotel looks good in photos but is average in person. Nothing too special. Photos are misleading to show lots of beach chairs prior to clean up closure but now there is less than a dozen and nearly impossible to get. Buffet is average

The staff and facilities were amazing! We loved that we had the option to lay on the beach front or stay in the quieter poolside area where it was incredibly serene. I'd actually recommend getting a roadside room if you prefer a quieter stay and quick access to the bigger pool area (even though the beach side rooms are in the quiet zone, they play music at the cafe during the evening which you can hear in the hallways). Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The massages were very well priced (I recommend the deep tissue massage) and you have the option to get it by the pool or in-room. Wifi was also better HERE than at the high-end resort that we stayed at after this one. We had some ants but staff was quick to come in and spray the room for us while we were out. Overall, we loved the intimate vibe of this resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Boracay!

we spent a week at the Henann Prime. upon check in our room had a very strong terrible smell that we complained about but was never resolved . the smell caused us both to have headaches and sneeze which was very annoying the room was dated and cleaning services were poor as we even had to wash our own glasses each day . The rooms are 3 star at best and not what you would expect in a 5 star resort and they are very small. Service and food was excellent and the staff are amazing and so helpful. the location is great and the beach is outstanding. Aside from our room issues we were very pleased and treated like royalty. and hats off to Roven , MJ and Rose who were amazing. Wayne & Wendy

The resort itself is excellent. It's very clean, modern and the food at the restaurant is (particularly) the breakfast buffet is phenomenal. I have stayed at Hennan resorts before and the accommodations always impress. The service, however, needs much improvement. The air port pick-up, particularly. My friend who was traveling with us emailed the hotel days in advance to get an airport transfer, as per the hotel's instructions, and she never heard back. When I tried to email on her behalf, the resort didn't answer for days. Once we got someone to respond to my email, they said she never sent an email but when I screen-shot her email (with the correct address) to them... no apology whatsoever. They were, however, totally fine to take her money and transfer her. Meanwhile, we were also calling the resort repeatedly to arrange the transfer and never ONCE got a human on the phone. Why provide phone numbers if no one is going to pick up the phone? Finally, I was charged the foreigner price because of my name, which is American, but I am a Filipino citizen. I DO NOT like how they assumed I was a foreigner and then charged me the foreigner price for the airport transfer. When I asked for this to be remedied, I also heard nothing back. Customer service could serious be improved because it almost makes the accommodations not worth it if the service is this bad.

Our 2 nights stay was fun and food was delicious. Staff were friendly during our stay. But at checkout, we were accused of stealing bath towels, so embarassing. They need to train housekeeping to their job properly and front desk to be more polite.

Hotel is fantastic and food for breakfast buffet is so good. Downside for me are the vendors right across from the property who are pouncing on you as soon as you step on tge beach. A lot of kayaks and paddle boards right across from the hotel. Vendors okaying volleyball right across from the hotel. It was a chaotic scene!! Not relaxing at all. Station 1 is supposed to be quiet. It wasn’t.

awful. noisy, no privacy, full of ants. Pool access room in the beach wing: the room is close to the main corridor and the wall is very thin. You can hear people talking, walking, dragging suitcases, cleaning services etc till late at night. Also people can hear you from the corridor. No privacy. And our bathtub was full of ants. There was a small hole in the wall of the room and ants were coming out from there. Southern side rooms in east wing: Dogs barked and cocks crowed from midnight until the morning. I know this is not the hotel's fault but anyway I had to be awake until the morning. terrible location. Rooms on the northern side were quiet, but we had to downgrade the room twice without getting any refund or compensation. very attentive and friendly staff. (It was only good aspect of this hotel.)

We were happy with our hotel choice, right on the beach. Loved the pool, and the massages they offered by the pool. Overall, we were satisfied with everything at Henann Prime, and would gladly recommend it to friends.
