「Lugar organizado y limpio. Muy buena disposicion y atencion del personal. El spa no estaba funcionando en remodelacion (seria bueno indiquen esto por el periodo que no estará disponible), esto tambien hacia que se debiera trasnsitar por fuera para llegar a recepción. En general agradable estancia, el comedor tiene una bonita vista tanto a la cuidad como a las montañas. Lo mejorable: aislacion de ruido y demasiada iluminacion en las noches que entra a las habitaciones.」

「The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. 「it's one of the best place i have stayed! when you opening the window in the morning, a group of cows leisurely grazing on the grass, the river, the sun made everything like a paradise. the hosts are very passionate of what they do, the place and facilities are very well maintained. location is in the middle of cocora valley and salento. great experience.」

「It was wonderful to stay in the rooms in the middle of the nature. The location is perfect (between Salento and Valley of Cocora) and food really good. Only one point to improve: mattresses are not really good quality and beds are small (not queen neither king bed) but I recommend without hesitation」

「Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. Nothing can beat relaxing on the hammock on your balcony, being surrounded by nature, waking up with the most incredible views, the breakfast was scrumptious and we didn’t want to have dinner anywhere else, it was a gourmet experience.」
