"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. First, I did not received my access code until less than 4 hours before check in (not the 24 hours they say in the listing), and I had to call numerous times to get it.
