Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The bar and live entertainer were very nice. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the maid. She was quite rude. The kids felt very uneasy with her attitude.
