TERRIBLE ATTENTION! NO RESPECT! The place was ok. The bathroom is shared with the other room on the floor and is outside the room. I never received the e-mail with the instructions about the keys and how to get inside the building. I waited outside in the cold and the man who answered the call (He never showed. There's no reception) repeated over and over that I should read that e-mail with the instructions. First he told me he didn't speak English, so he only spoke German. I called him again to explain him (in german) that I was at the door. He never found my confirmation e-mail. That's what he said to me. Anyway, finally he spoke me in PERFECT ENGLISH and said to me how to get inside and how to collect the keys. It took him 15 seconds of his time. But he didn't want to do it when I called him the first time. I paid for a room and he treated me like he was doing me a favor!!! Next time, hire someone who's interested in doing their job well and treating guests with respect.

Slechte check-in, ik kreeg de mail met alle info pas na dat we telefoontjes hadden gepleegd om in te checken. Kamers waren netjes maar dat was het ook. Niet aan te raden.

The TV did not work. We contacted the owner and when she found out that the TV was not working, she stopped replying to our messages. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. It is a cheap option, but be aware of what you will get.

Guter Service, Renovierung wäre angebracht

Der Service ist super, und die Inhaber sehr nett. Allerdings ist sehr vieles kaputt, von 3 Duschen war keine einwandfrei. Insgesamt gehört das Hotel renoviert. Für den Zweck der einfachen Übernachtung aber ausreichend. Die Gegend direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch, aber sicherlich nicht die schönste Ecke von Duisburg.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Haus schreckt von außen eher ab. ABER In meinem Zimmer war die Gastherme für das Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Therme geht ca. jede Stunde an. Bedeutet, 3 bis 4 Geräusche, wie Schüße zum Starten. Ich bin jedesmal wach geworden und habe mich erschrocken. ALSO Warnung vor Zimmer 9 im ersten OG. Auf den anderen Etage sicherlich ebenso.

Wenn man eine günstige Übernachtung sucht ist das voll okay man darf aber nicht pingelig sein bei der Sauberkeit. Beim Fernseher gingen nur wenige Programme, was uns bei einer Nacht Aufenthalt nicht gestört hat

Bom, mas com falha de orientações

Hostel bom, para quem quer passar 1 noite. Mas não nos foi sinalizado que deveríamos ligar para eles enviarem código de acesso, e não tínhamos como ligar (pois não disponibilizaram um WhatsApp). Sorte que encontramos uma moradora do prédio, que nos ajudou.

Für den Preis ist das Hostel eine gute Wahl. Ich war bereits mehrfach dort und war immer zufrieden. Das nötigste ist da und ganz liebevoll gibt es jeden Tag eine kleine Gummibärchentüte und ein Flasche Wasser. Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption o.ä. bei Anliegen waren sie aber über Telefon zu erreichen und sehr kooperativ. Joriz, die Reinigungskraft ist super und versucht jeden individuellen Wunsch zu ermöglichen. Wer nicht zu viel Luxus benötigt ist das GZ Hostel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben zwei Zimmer reserviert,aber wir haben nur eins mit zwei Betten bekommen. Die Person die wir angerufen haben wegen dem Schlüssel war unfreundlich.

J ai eu mal à accéder à ma chambre car il faut un code pour obtenir la clé , la personne au téléphone parle que l allemand impossible de communiquer, pas salle de bain ni toilettes dans la chambre.

Propreté moyenne, pas de réception, l'hôtelier ne parle aucune autre langue que l'allemand et raccrochait quand on l'appelait difficile donc de récupérer les clés pour avoir accès à la chambre d'hôtel, je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel à mon entourage.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wer eine Reise nach Köln machen möchte und mobil ist,kann hier richtig Geld sparen.Zimmer sauber. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Zur Begrüßung lagen sogar Gummibärchen dabei. Das Gemeinschaftsbad machte einen modernen und sauberen Eindruck. Check-in und Check-out verlief alles reibungslos.
