Decent Hotel

We had a nice stay here, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. You have to walk a couple blocks to all the restaurants and shopping but not too bad.

Overall good experience but AC didn’t work properly, breakfast could’ve been better for the amount charged, and I didn’t understand why we had to pay extra €5/adult to use the pool. Also parking at €28/night seems a bit high for a car park in the premises and owned by the hotel

This is a lovely hotel, I would however recommend visiting when they have completed their renovations, we did experience a few issues, but the staff were apologetic and issued a partial refund because of the difficulties we experienced. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The staff in the restaurant helped me source some ice for a swollen ankle which was much appreciated. We did not take breakfast in the hotel as it was 27 Euro pp. we walked up to the main platz and there was a lovely cafe to have breakfast. There was secure parking under the hotel at an additional charge. The old town city centre is very conveniently located. We used the pool and gym, additional charge for the pool of 5 euros, but we had it all to ourselves.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The central Bonn shopping district is nearby, and there's a great Syrian restaurant, Aleppo Rose, a short walk from the hotel that I highly recommend!
