Pessimo lugar

Não gostei, chegamos lá não tinha quarto limpo, tivemos que ficar num quarto sujo, e além disso o ar condicionado não funcionava, os lençóis tinha cheiro ruim, não tinha água quente, não funcionava wi-fi, café da manhã desorganizado e não era pontual, a agua que eles vendem é do Paraguai ela tem cheiro e gosto ruim!!!

O chuveiro estava sem manutenção, saía pouquíssima água e só foram arrumar a partir do do segundo dia. Não localizaram o controle do ar condicionado, ou seja, não era possível regular a temperatura. O banheiro não tinha boa aparência visto que parecia ter sido construído recentemente e estava inacabado. O rapaz que estava na recepção era desinformado entretanto foi esforçado e atencioso. Café da manhã bom. Já me hospedei em hotéis em Bonito melhores localizados, mais baratos e melhores.

Banheiros com defeito

Primeiramente os banheiros do hotel não funcionavam nem do quarto nem da região da piscina, ralo do chuveiro entupido e voltava um cheiro horrível do local. Os quartos como em qualquer outro hotel deveriam ser arrumados todos os dias porém não o faziam. Pelo preço cobrado esperava que o hotel fosse muito melhor.

Atendimento péssimo

A recepção dos funcionários deixou muito a desejar. Tivemos um péssimo atendimento, mal humor dos funcionários e descaso muito grande dos proprietários. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto não funcionava e não fizeram questão de resolver.Tentaram nos colocar em outro quarto que não estava limpo e disseram que não tinham ninguém que pudesse limpar. A estrutura do hotel é razoável, mas não estão preparados para atender aos hóspedes.

Lamentável

Vou descrever por tópicos para simplificar: -O hotel não conseguiu identificar nossa reserva, o atendente não tinha condições mínimas de realizar o serviço ao qual estava destinado. Mal treinado, mal trajado, com a camisa desabotoada, com os pêlos do peito a mostra; - Todos os condicionadores de ar da recepção permaneceram desligados durante todo nosso período de estadia(similar a uma sauna); -O frigobar estava desligado, e permaneceu desabastecido durante toda a estadia; -O serviço de quarto não realizou a reposição de shampoos e sabonetes diariamente; -O quarto se apresenta em péssimo estado de conservação; -A área de lazer estava sem quaisquer condições de uso. Tivemos higienizar todo o equipamento de churrasco, para utilizarmos. A piscina estava com a água verde e turva, (disponho de registro fotográfico); -O atendimento foi péssimo, solicitamos a limpeza da piscina por diversas vezes, nos foi informado que a piscina estava em totais condições de uso, mesmo com a água verde e turva, um descaso total; -Ao realizar o check out, nos cobraram um valor diferente do que fora reservado, tivemos que fazer a impressão do voucher para comprovação dos valores. Em resumo, foi a pior experiência em estadia que já tive, o hotel oferece serviços que não estão disponíveis, não se preocupa com o conforto do cliente, questiona situações que deveriam ser de comum conhecimento. Infelizmente, estão a anos luz de oferecerem um serviço de padrão mínimo aceitável de hotelaria.

Não ficamos felizes com o serviço no geral. A limpeza não era das melhores. Avisamos com antecedência que gostariamos de usar a piscina, mas a mesma esteve extremamente suja por dois dias. Tivemos vários probleminhas que nos deixaram arrependidos de ficar no hotel.
