「Don't let the uninviting parking lot fool you; the reception staff are pros and speak excellent English. I stayed in a bright, spacious Deluxe Room at the top of the hill. It was a bit stuffy at first, but opening the balcony doors fixed that. The bed is fantastic with clean linens and a great mosquito net—a huge plus!
