A very enjoyable stay and I’m sure it won’t be our last when we are that side of London!"

"We were asked to pay £3 per bag on check in and check out - however, while sat in the lobby, other guests were told “we normally ask people to pay for bags, but it’s fine!”. If this is an arbitrary rule and only some guests are asked to pay while others aren’t (despite no clear distinction), then I have no interest in staying again."
