The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work and there were no blankets. I had to ask for one (again WhatsApp) and got it some 15 minutes later. -There’s no fridge nor safe -I can see the ac but there’s no remote (I didn’t need it cause it was cold, but imagine if it was July or august) -The worse: the room hasn’t been serviced once! And they only give you one towel to shower. -I got bit by something, I don’t know what, but it’s the first time I see something like it. It’s 3 spots next to each other (in a triangular shape) and it itches like a mosquito bite. Which makes me think of flea or bed bugs.

Nice but noisy

My stay was ok.The room was impeccable except that I didn't get a twin bed as stayed but a very small single be in a minute single room. The hotel lies right next door to the biggest hospital in Bologna and you hear loud ambulance sirens very often day and night😞. Bring earplugs !!!
