Very good 2 bedroom apartment with a great location But what they do not tell you is that is on the 4th Floor with no Elevator. Very difficult if you have medical problems or Kids

A comfortable apartment and very central. It is, as stated, at the top of a lot of stairs which makes carrying cases a challenge. Really unsatisfactory in 2 respects. Communication is hard - lots of automated texts etc and felt like a struggle to get check in details - which were to make an appointment as to what time we'd arrive and a 'host' would meet us there. Biggest issue was the door key. Our 'host', a rep who arrived, couldn't open the door from the street into the building with her key & had to randomly press door buzzers to get into the building. She showed us the apartment & was gone very quickly before we could check our key which we then thought didn't work.. Long story short (multiple phone calls) we were finally advised by the call centre that operates the property that they know there is an issue with the key and that you have to finesse it to get it to work. It did work, by putting it in, then withdrawing to the exact right spot & then it would turn. Not a great arrangement & every time we went out it felt like roulette as to whether we would be able to get back in or be stuck on the street. Really not an OK arrangement.
