Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our stay at Astra Penthouse was very positive overall. Communication was excellent before, during, and after our trip—they were responsive and helpful at every stage. Check-in for the apartment we rented was simple and straightforward, which we really appreciated. Alessandro made the whole process easy, and it contributed to a smooth and enjoyable stay in Bologna. The apartment is newly renovated and just spectacular! Extremely comfortable for the five of us that .ade the trip. Would highly recommend this, especially over a hotel. So spacious to say the least.
