Do NOT stay at this property especially with children. The appearance from the parking lot is just the start of your disappointment. It is obvious that the owners take no pride in the property and minimum effort is an under statement. The hotel is stale, smells bad, and is visibly dirty. I was traveling with family and had 2 rooms. I paid extra for a pool side room, the sliding glass door was screwed shut. YES, screwed shut. The toilet barely flushed, the TV didn't work but turned on. The room smelt terrible, vents taped shut with painters tape, oil smudges all over the sliding glass door from prior guests faces leaning in to look out to the pool area that you couldnt actually access. Oh and the best part blood on the matress, and quite a bit too. Let's talk about the other room. Their sliding glass door opened but didn’t lock. They have an 11 year old, sounds safe? Fridge wasn't on, TV didn't work, even the phone didn't work to call anyone for help from the front desk. The pool was the only enjoyable part of this stay. Oh and if you need towels for swimming bring your own because they had none and when we asked for some they told us they ran out. Refunds also aren't a thing. The pictures are misleading and you can stay somewhere 100× better for 20 dollars more.

Super sketchy activity happening within and outside of the hotel. Disgusting smell in the room. Unclean toilet, surfaces, and bedding. Our skin was burning after touching the bedding. Left immediately and was given grief about the $50 deposit (which they did eventually return the next day). Do not stay here.

Awful stay and had to change the room 3 times for the least smelly. Attendant was very rude too. Horrible experience. I would give zero star if it would be an option. Never thought Ramada has such low standards.

I am giving this a 1 star do to the fact that we rent 3 room 2 did not have heat mind you it is 28 Degrees at night we reported the room we stayed in they sent a maintenance person up to look at it said it was broken and he never returned. We stopped back down after our event around 11pm. The security guard brought us a heater but it stopped sometime through out the night the next morning. We went to go and talk to the front desk about getting at least our room competed because of no heat. The gentlemen at The front desk told me he would relay the message and have the building manager call us tomorrow. I myself request him to call and get approval for the compensation but he refused. And provided me with the property direct number and a number which was dis connected. They did not have the franchise number posted nor did they have their license to operate posted. Along with all this when I booked we wanted an in door pool an a gym as well. Their gym had one machine working out of six and the pool and hot tub where as cold as ice. I did make a formal complaint with the franchise and they said they would get back to us with on a week with a fare ruling. I do not recommend staying here, motel six is a better option.

The faucet was not attached to the counter. The toilet paper holders were broken and empty. Thankful for the handful of tissues on the counter. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so much noise. I had planned on sleeping until 7, but at 4:45 the noises outside were so loud I finally gave up. It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend staying here.

It took nearly thirty minutes to check in. After checking in, i was given a room key that did not work on the designated room. I stood in the hallway outside the room for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to bring a functional key

TERRIBLE. Do not stay here!!! It lacked the basic amenities that were in the description. Many of the things in the room weren’t working (ie. Fridge) and there’s no A/C or ventilation, so it smelled like mold. We tried to get a refund and were unable to because Hotels.com couldn’t get ahold of the property manager.

I’m not sure you should be asking me about that hotel. It’s probably one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. It’s old. It’s ugly needs to be updated. The carpet is scuzzy into carpet, the walls are ugly. The bed was comfortable however I did sleep well. The TV did not work very well.
