Hotel room was not as described....very disappointed....paid for a 1 bedroom....it was a desk separating the bed from the couch sitting area....that is NOT a 1 bedroom. Staff was not interested in helping us with a different room nor did they care about that we were disappointed... So the customer service was non existent....I would have settled for any kind of comment apologizing or a show of concern or anything like that.... Guess not...will never stay there again.

Thank you for Christopher for your feedback. In our hotel, all of our rooms are 1 or 2 bedroom suites because of the living room separates the bedroom from the bathroom. We should have handled this differently though, because we strive to give the best service we can. So again, thank you for your feedback.

We checked in after a long day. We found a clean, quiet room with perfect room darkening shades and a comfortable bed. Couldn’t have picked a better place for some rejuvenating sleep.

I loved how spacious my room was. I was sad the hot tub wasn’t working. Wish there could have been more notification about it’s unavailability rather than finding out when I walked up to it.

The flooring and furniture had multiple stains and worn areas that left you feeling as it was unclean. The evening staff was not very attentive and didn't seem very friendly, perhaps it was a long day.

Overall nice clean hotel. In our room they had done some remodeling. Looked like new carpet and bathroom sink. Nice room clean and comfortable beds. They do need to replace wallpaper especially in the bathroom coming off wall and looked like it was patched together in a couple places.

My ONLY issue was the lack of electric plugs in the bedroom area. If we wanted both the light and the clock radio on, there was no place for a CPAP or phone charger. Additionally there were no USB ports available. Beyond that, we loved our stay!

A nice place to stay.
I enjoyed having a restaurant at the hotel because I didn't have a car and no way of exploring. The room had a bad smell when I walked in. I wonder if smoke from other rooms seeped into it. After a while in the room, I didn't notice it anymore. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the suite layout of the room with a separate couch and workspace.

Great staff great property great in room amenities, bar and breakfast. In room faucet and sink is an issue. The faucet isn’t centered over the drain. I couldn’t get my hands under the water very well. Not sure what to think of hall carpet. Either really dirty, or a design that makes it look very dirty (or hide the dirt) or both. Kudos to the night manager on 12/30. Great customer service.
