「This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not...

「We really enjoyed our stay in the Alexander. The location is convenient. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer for us which was the very best part. We spent a few days in each city in Canada so having the washer and dryer unit helped us a lot. I can’t believe they even have detergent for us!! The neighborhood was kind of loud outside but they don’t last long. It was not the hotel’s fault. The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and helpful! They also use WeChat for direct communication...
