"The front desk certainly goes out of their way to accomodate you into a room that is comfortable. Initially, we walked into a room where the smoke alarm was making a chirping noise ever few minutes. The front desk more than happily assigned us to an alternate room. From there, the only issue that really existed was that it looked like the tub in the bathroom had a stain impregnated within the fiberglass of it.
