Overall it was a nice a hotel in northern Bogotá. The street was quiet so I was able to get a good night's sleep. I thought the service was pretty good. I recommend this hotel if you're staying in North Bogota.

We really enjoyed Obelisco Apartments. Very nice and clean and the property management is very friendly and communicative. The only negative was the noise in the neighborhood. The apartment building in front of the property holds rooftop parties from noon to midnight on the weekends with club music so loud the whole neighborhood has to listen to it even though they aren’t at the party. It’s impossible to even watch tv inside the hotel it’s so loud.

I was very upset. When I arrived at 6 in the morning with my 2 young boys, I was told by the front desk that my reservation was changed to a different location. I was told I needed a taxi to get to the location that was way further than I wanted. They did not honor my original reservation, nor did I get an apology. Nor did they advise me at the time of booking that the Obelisco was not available in order for me to cancel and make other arrangements. Oh, and it has been impossible to make contact with management. This is not the way business is conducted. I paid for a specific service and they gave me something else that I didn’t want.

Pésimo servicio por parte del área administrativa la señora Yuly forero. Además están construyendo una obra a todo el frente del edificio y el ruido comienza desde antes de las 7 am incluyendo el fin de semana. No lo recomiendo

Excelente ubicacion.

Excelente ubicacion, la edificacion tiene un detalle y es que es muy ruidosa, se oye todo tipo de ruidos, en el terreno adyacente hay una construccion y desde las 7 am se oyen los ruidos que producen. Apartamentos de muy buen tamaño, mobiliario con poco mantenimiento. El dia que llegamos el apartamento que nos asignaron tenia un fuerte olor a gas en la cocina. Lo reportamos y fuimos cambiados de apartamento de forma inmediata y con una pronta respuesta del hotel. Considero que el hotel debe hacer una revision del tema del gas, ya que es una condicion de peligro para los huspedes. Muy buena relacion precio-beneficio. Lo recomiendo
