Terrible atención!!! Cero recomendable.

Me debitaron mi pago por noche en el hotel y al llegar me volvieron a cobrar. Diciendo que ellos no tenían una cuenta inscrita en Hotels para que les pagaran, así que adicional tenía que pagar de nuevo en efectivo. Tratamos de contactarnos con la administradora del lugar y su solución solo fue: “Tienen que pagar si se quieren quedar en el hotel”, después de esto ya no volvió a contestar su celular y no dio solución. Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, es una publicidad y una información engañosa, completamente. Cero recomendable este lugar. Pero por parte de Hotels.com si me solucionaron y me enviaron a otro hotel. Muy agradecida a Hotels.com
