An incredible experience in comfort. The location in northern Bogotá makes the experience even more complete, because of convenience to reach to important business centers, hospitals, shopping malls and some of the best restaurants in Bogotá. We liked our stay very much. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights for our first round Then went on another trip and came back for 2 more nights. They were able to keep part of our luggage safely and reassign us the same room. The only thing that could have been better was that the hot water took a long time to reach the higher floors when showering early in the morning. Not at all a big deal though.

As always, it is a pleasure staying at this hotel. I come here 4 to 5 times a year, and it truly feels like home. The staff always greets me by first name, which adds such a personal touch. The location is perfect—there is direct access to Hacienda Santa Bárbara shopping center without even stepping outside, and a convenient pedestrian walkway that takes you straight to the charming plaza of Usaquén, filled with incredible restaurants. I highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience and a beautiful neighborhood.
