The hotel is nice and clean, with comfy beds and bedroom. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was OK, despite not being very diverse. The real problem was the surrounding area: it is dirty and unsafe, not recommended to walk around. The best way to get around the city is by using Uber.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Property is in a terrible part of town though. No AC, no hair dryer, but one of the worst things was the extremely bad bed. They know about all the beds being that way for a long time but just don't replace them. Showers don't close all the way so they spray all over the floor.

The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is clean from the inside, but the outside from the back entrance is very dirty and most of the people urinate on the wall of the hotel building. The breakfast is very bad for non-Colombians like me. All the hotel staff do not speak English. One day of my stay, there was no water in the entire hotel. The hot water in the bathroom was cold and I complained about that, so they told me that there was a malfunction.

The staff during check in were nice and accomodating. Housekeeping was nice as well. However, the room was terribly stiff and tight. We had a hard time using the bathroom comfortably. Only one socket worked in the room and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever touched. We didn’t get much rest. The property is on a busy street so it got really loud all day and night. I was actually awoken from a bike crash one night. There was an earthquake one morning and the entire building was rocking so it didn’t feel like any stability in the building. Lastly the neighborhood is known to not be safe. Everyone we encountered told us to be careful/watchful/safe…we were fine though.

Worth every penny! Great staff too!

The people who have complained about the staff are INCREDIBLY WRONG. the staff are beyond amazing helpful, and kind. The breakfast is,amazing. Rooms are a little dated. Mattress is not great..but ok! rooms are a good size. The neighborhood is not that great..you just need to be smart.
