It was always smelling clean as soon as you entered the building. Only issue - need to change the towels either every 2/3 days. The staff were always friendly.

On the last day, there was a miscommunication as we had asked for an additional night and paid upon requesting it but when trying to check out they were trying to charge me again. I had to show both receipts one from Expedia and one from the actual hotel. I lost an uber driver due to having to wait to resolve the issue. This room also does not come with a fridge or ac in units.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

Una desagradable experiencia

Desafortunadamente cuando ingresamos a hacer el check-in en el hotel a las 13 horas nos comentaron que no había habitaciones porque estaba limpiando las todas ya que salieron bastantes personas lo cual no fue cierto al cuarto para las 3 que era el check-in solicité a ver si ya tenían una habitación y me dijeron que me tenían que cobrar un early check-in con un costo de $90,000 colombianos el cual no estaba yo de acuerdo porque pues lo que quería nada más era sacarme dinero y no tuvieron ninguna flexibilidad para poder entregarme una habitación que ya tenían disponible fueron muy estrictos en sus horarios para el check-in una vez que hago yo el check-in nos empezamos a topar con cosas desafortunadas donde estaban arreglando todo el hotel el piso completamente destrozado no se puede pasar por las escaleras el cual genera un riesgo bastante alto porque si llega a suceder algo no podemos cruzar las escaleras y no podemos bajar por el elevador el cual también pues vimos la habitación no tan limpia y varias situaciones que que pasaron en el hotel como la limpieza en las cortinas como se muestra en las fotos

Equipe e localização muito boa

Foi uma boa estadia, mas com alguns pormenores. Chegamos a noite no hotel e percebi que as fronhas de alguns travesseiros nao foram trocadas, pois cheiravam a suor ( algumas que estavam limpas tinham cheiro de produto de limpeza). Na manhã seguinte pedi à camareira que trocasse ao menos as fronhas e fui atendida. O quarto é bastante espaçoso para 4 pessoas, mas o banheiro é minúsculo. Durante nossa estadia faltou água por um dia inteiro e disseram que foi problema na bomba d'água, mas não nos foi oferecido nada de cortesia, além de desculpas. Os colchões eram muito firmes para nosso gosto. No geral, tem boa localização, café da manhã gostoso, mas regrado, quartos grandes e banheiros pequenos. A equipe é nota 10.
