The rooms were just Ok. For the first two days, there was no hot water in the shower which is something typical for most Hotels in Bogota. We travel regularly there and stay in different hotels most of them have the same issue. (No hot water for the first 1st to 3rd day) I do not know if they do it to save energy but the weather there is cold so, you will need hot water. On the second day, they changed my room. The rest was just Ok.

Des fuites d'eau dans le couloir. L'hôtel est bruyant et donne sur une route à grand trafic. Tout l'hôtel bouge avec le trafic c'est impressionnant et je pense à long terme dangereux

Realmente el hotel tiene excelente ubicación pero tienes detalles que mejorar, primero limpian con un producto que es pegostoso y queda en los pisos de las habitaciones, queda al frente de una calle muy ruidosa y las ventanas son muy grandes y no tienen Anti ruido es insoportable el ruido para dormir, adicionalmente el edificio tiene un problema de vibración tanto que la puerta de la cabina de ducha choca con el otro vidrio creando un ruido molesto q no deja descansar, por lo otro lado es un hotel muy básico sin desayuno restaurant o servicios. El personal muy amable.no lo recomiendo.

En términos generales muy bien, anteriormente ya había estado allí y por ello decidi nuevamente alojarme en el mismo sitio, solo que esta vez el aseo general del baño estaba terrible especialmente en el inodoro, fue evidente que llevaban muchos días sin asearlo correctamente, es una lástima.

Excelente para ir a un concierto en Movistar Arena
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para los eventos en Movistar Arena o el Estadio el Campin, pero esta al lado de la NQS que es una autopista de Bogotá muy concurrida y el ruido de los autos no deja descansar apropiadamente. sugiero contar con una especie de ventilador así sea de techo ya que tuve que cerrar la ventana por el ruido de la calle y así no entra el frío de la ciudad y por ende la temperatura no era agradable en el cuarto.

El ruido de la avenida carrera 30 constantes, no hay minibar ni opción de restaurante, por el precio que pague realmente no cumplió mi expectativas La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, las personas muy serviciales. Aún está en construcción. El parqueadero la noche costo 10.000. Cuando pague la reservación en la página no incluía el IVA 19% es decir la habitación salió más costosa de lo que decía en anuncio. Supuestamente era un descuento importante pero el hotel no tiene el nivel ... con esta tarifa hubiese tomado una habitación en un hotel que por lo menos da el desayuno. En fin no lo volvería a reservar.

Bien, la relación precio - calidad fue adecuada. El personal con muy buena. Disposición. Recomendaría que se pudiera hacer aseo a diario en la pieza y mejorar el desayuno.
