Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. It is close to the convention center, where we could safely walk. We would come back a little early after a stressful day and relax in the saunas. They had pure water to fill our water bottles. Clean and kind staff. The bar was kind to make a ginger cinnamon, lemon tea with honey for one of our party that had a sore throat.
