¿Cual estadia? No me hospedaron por hotel lleno

Realizo una reserva a traves de esta plataforma, al llegar al hotel me encuentro con la sorpresa de que estaba lleno y mi reserva no figuraba, la recepcionista no me brinda solución y me indica que no es problema suyo, sino de la plataforma con la que aparte, me toca salir del hotel a la medianoche a buscar hospedaje y sin el dinero que tenia destinado para ello porque el pago de la reserva fue anticipado, hasta el momento ni el hotel ni la aplicación me brindaron solución ni me devolvieron mi dinero

La limpieza de los banos y ducha es horrible. Tienen hongos. La cama horrible todo el cabecero raspado y rayado el colchon no puede ser peor, el ruido de musica a alto volumes de los bares alrededor es insoportable.
