This was the loudest and noisiest property I have ever stayed at. Our room was right next to the main entrance and just a few feet from the registration desk. The lobby was an echo chamber. We could hear every word of every conversation that took place at the front desk or in the lobby. As a result it was impossible to sleep after about 5:30 a.m. The noise was constant throughout the day. There were radios, doorbells, screaming children, etc The management's response to our noise complaint was that this was the room we booked. However the description of the room did not include the location of the room or anything about the noise. They just didn't care.
