Very close to the airport and the hotel connects you to the drivers who were very diligent and punctual. The hotel staff was extremely helpful ans supportive with my dad during a recent trip.

Staff allowed us to keep our room for an extra hour free of charge. The hotel is close to the airport. No hot water and Bogotá is a cold place. Beds were super comfy. We went down for breakfast but they had pretty much finished serving 20 minutes before breakfast was supposed to finish. We got some eggs but couldn’t get any other food

The hotel Is OK, beds are comfortable and friendly staff. There were hair in our sheets. Walls are thin and u can hear everything from every side.
