"Had a lovely 3-night stay at La Baranda. The all-inclusive options were great with plenty of food variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families."
"The "24 reception" is non-existent, trying to check in around 4pm and I stood around for a while waiting for someone to show up while I sat there ringing the bell, shouting hello is anyone working, etc...
The hot water took about 15 minutes in the shower that has no shower head and the water smells bad.
No hangers in the closet.
And my favorite, no top sheet, so i was sleeping under a blanket that was certainly not washed after each guest.
