Beautiful hotel in a quiet location

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. It is set in a quiet location but only a few miles from Lindau itself. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were met with a warm greeting on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will be back. Lindau is a beautiful place for sightseeing. Lots to do and see. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafés.

Wunderbares Landhotel mit exquisitem Essen

Herrliches Landhaus-Hotel mit mediterranem Flair umgeben von schönem Garten und Obstplantagen. Der Service war erstklassig und das Essen auf Gourmet-Niveau. Das Frühstück war absolut spitzenmässig: auf Bestellung wurde Eierspeisen und Obstsalate im Moment frisch zubereitet. Bestes Brot und hochwertiger Käse. Morgens wurden wir vom Vogelgezwitscher und Plätschern der Fontaine sanft geweckt. Alles Traumhaft!

The Azzuro suite was very spacious and lovely decorated, huge bathroom and bathtub, the bed was very comfy and big with a skylight directly above. Great attention to detail throughout the hotel, super-friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Many special items offered at breakfast (e.g. shrimp on toast, salmon on rösti, roast beef, vanilla honey, sparkling wine). Convenient parking on site, even when heavy snowfall set in over night, the snow was cleared promptly. The "welcome treat" in the room consisting of two apples, three cookies and a bottle of water could be a bit more extraordinary.

The Villino was such a pleasure. The accommodations were amazing, but it was the owner and staff that truly set it apart. Especially noteworthy was the restaurant where everything I sampled was delicious. I am eagerly anticipating my return.

Charming Relais Chateau Small Ciountry Inn

Our second stay here: the first arranged thru Mercedes Benz gave us a beautiful large suite on the first floor. This stay on our nickel was also a charmer but up flights of stairs--they have baggage lads to help. Both stays were great. Charming decor, lovely grounds, great breakfast included. Read up on the kitchen for dinner-it's highly rated and pricey. This time we opted to skip it because we were amid a trio of lovely hotels with two dinners included and so had a mini picnic in our room. Attentive staff. Don't come here if you are the loud-laid back crowd. It's not a good fit! Mainly genteel European crowd.
