「Driving into the hotel is difficult since is a Historic Area. The instructions I received in the Expedia Inbox were incorrect. You have to go Calle Sagasta 11 and turn right. You won't see the hotel sign going down that pedestrian street, so enter the hotel name right after you turn right so you know when to turn left to get to the lobby. Do no rent a large SUV as it won't fit in the carl elevator and maneuvering down there is close to impossible. Instructions given by the hotel staff were...

「A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando.」

「Absolutely no sleep to be had in this hotel. It's party central on the street outside full of drunk people shouting and roaring. We gave up as it was still going on at 6am when we left. Theres little sound proofing fron outside and the inside wall beside the window is window is rotten with damp. Ear plugs provided are a bad sign and no use. While I'm sure not the fault of the hotel, a guest had deffacated in the lift. This is not a 4 star, it's a 1 star in a noisy huge open air drinking...
