「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. 「Centre of town next to cathedral fantastic location. Great tapas bar underneath and in san Juan or 3 minutes walk to calle del Laurel. Comfy bed, slept great and had a lazy day just going to Navarrete. My second stay here and the staff are great. Easy to book easy to get in at 2.15pm when I arrived and easy to leave on my lazy day at 10:45 feeling pampered after the albergue world of the Camino. I'd come here when I wasn't on Camino. Great value.」
