Great location and services for divers. Near downtown Bocas but not noisy at all. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is good but breakfast menu is limited. All in all a great stay.

We loved the restaurant Pier 19. We loved this hotel except we think we booked the last available room and it was incredibly noisy.

We loved our stay the staff was very friendly especially Chaquira who made our stay more comfortable. The food at the restaurant very good also the area is walking distance from groceries, bars and restaurants.

I did not give it a 5 since they did not have free towels to check out for the beach. They only had some for sale but ran out. The staff were very attentive with the check in and luggage storage. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The rooms with the balcony were spacious and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The sheets were one of the softest I’ve ever slept in! Great location away from the noice of the town but still just a few blocks away from everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Hotel was in excellent condition, well decorated, modern but very comfortable. Nice restaurant and attached to a dive shop. You can snorkel off the back dock and see an aircraft and boat within 5 yards of the docks! Lovely place, great staff.

I recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. A lovely stay....

We had such a lovely stay at Divers Paradise Hotel. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They greeted us every morning with a smile and the food was excellent. It was so relaxing hanging around the dock and watching all the diving and boating activity.

Great hotel with great staff

My friend and I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is well located, clean and the view was beautiful. Most importantly, their staff went above and beyond to help us upon missing a flight. We cannot express how much we appreciated their staff for helping us with our travels!

We loved staying at Diver's Paradise! The location was so convenient: close to town but not so close that it was loud and an easy walk from the water taxis and restaurant options. On site restaurant was delicious and we made great use of both the bikes and SUP's available free for guest use! Free coffee/tea/potable water all day downstairs and the staff was so kind and welcoming at all hours. Couldn't recommend more!

Property was close to the action, but you never heard it. oncethe constuction is complete anyone would enjoy this place. The staff was very good and even chased me down when i got squewed up on my dates. I thank them for the detail and will stag g here again.

We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and modern, and breakfast was delicious and included in price. As hotel guests, we received a discount on food and diving and took advantage of both. The dinner was ok, lacking in flavors. But we are most meals at other Bocas restaurants, of which there are many.

Nice boutique hotel with excellent staff. The restaurant and bar were consistently good and most staff speak English. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to have a late checl out. AC worked well and the included breakfast was good. It was not a negative for us, but be aware that there are steep steps which would be challenging for a person with ambulation difficulties.

We would consider this one of the best properties in Bocas del Toro. The staff are friendly and accommodating and most speak English. The hotel itself is charming and we chose a room facing the water so it was perfect. The food and drinks at the restaurant were so beautifully presented and delicious. Some of the staff members went above and beyond for us, which we are thankful for since we were traveling with our 2 year old child. The town itself is in a rough shape now. There is a lot of poverty yet we met some of the kindest and sweetest people there (the locals). And many of them speak English. The roads are being redone at the moment (which will take a year or so) so there's a lot of construction and dirt. If you can set this aside, we had a great time visiting Bocas del Toro and at our stay at Divers Hotel.

Great location. Right on the water so good for pick-up/drop off for tours. Close to but away from the noisy main street. It was clean and the staff were helpful. Great breakfasts! The not so great - the rooms themselves were very small and felt overpriced for a very simple room. It wasnt bad but I expected more based on other reviews. The main frustration was that it listed a number of included items from the attached dive store. When I went to enquire was told they actually didnt offer some of the things listed - eg snorkleing and diving was booked - which wasnt their fault, but there was no attempt to offer anything or make other suggestions. I felt like I basically got a "shrug - tough luck" attitide. Overall a decent place but again, I felt we overpaid for what it was.

The streets in Bocas Town were in shockingly bad condition. The hotel is located about a block or so before the main drag begins, which may be good (evening noise) or bad (accessibility) depending on your preference. We had a room on the water, which offered the best view. Nice that they had their own dock, making it easy to get going for at least some excursions. The property was nice but our room was directly above the dining room so we heard lots of noise in the morning as they were getting ready for service. They also ran out of hot water later in the morning, so it was important to shower early. The service in the dining room was pretty slow and my food was never hot by the time it made it to our table. The menu was also pretty limited, particularly at breakfast. We had problems with a server ignoring us on multiple occasions but when I reported it the manager seemed dismayed and pledged to address it. Overall our stay was ok.

From reservations to checkout, this place was exceptional. We had to change our reservations due to family issues and Kevin at the desk was soooo friendly and helpful! He got us back on track and spoke excellent English, a great plus. We stayed 3 nights. The room had everything we needed, was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff and owners, extremely friendly. My husband thought he’d lost his eyeglasses. Someone must have found them and after we’d gone to sleep, the owner attached them to our doorknob and slipped a note under the door to let us know! Talk about service! And the restaurant was terrific too. The setting overlooks the Caribbean and you can have complementary tea and coffee all day long and sit and read if you just want to relax as we sometimes did. The breakfast omelettes were cooked to our specifications and served with delicious fresh fruits. The dinner items we had, delicious and the presentation like little works of art. This kind of food would be monster expensive in the states, but EXTREMELY reasonable here. They also have pretty lighting on the tables and the whole restaurant feels simply magical in the evening. You have lots of choices for restaurants in Bocas, but in our opinions, this is the one not to miss! We can’t wait to return! Thanks to the entire staff and owners for a lovely three days!
