Tuve una experiencia decepcionante en este hotel. Elegí hospedarme aquí porque uno de los principales atractivos era el acceso a la playa, lo cual consideré muy importante para mi estancia. Sin embargo, desde que llegué, la habitación me pareció extremadamente pequeña y, peor aún, tenía un olor desagradable que con el paso de las horas se fue esparciendo por todo el espacio. Después me di cuenta de que el extractor del baño no funcionaba, lo que probablemente agravó el problema. Al día siguiente, acudí a la recepción para reportarlo y sinceramente no le dieron la atención que esperaba. No hicieron nada tras mi primer aviso. Fue hasta el siguiente día, cuando regresamos al hotel y encontramos la habitación sin haber sido arreglada, que volví a insistir. En ese momento me encontré con una recamarera que además me respondió de manera grosera y poco profesional. En general, la experiencia fue muy mala. Este hotel no cumplió con lo que prometía y me resultó decepcionante, especialmente porque en los alrededores hay opciones al mismo precio pero con instalaciones y servicio de mucha mejor calidad. No volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.

Cuando reservé decía q había áreas para gente con discapacidad y usos de silla de ruedas y para salir a la alberca no cupo la silla de ruedas , pésima respuesta de la encargada , q el gerente dijo q lo dudaba mucho q estuviera estipulado en la página en donde hice mi reservación , con este tipo de encargados y gerentes hacen q uno no vuelva a hospedar se en este tipo d e hoteles

Es un lugar agradable uno de los detalles es que el check in es muy tardado recibí mis habitaciones después de 3 horas. Me estaban cobrando un servicio de comida que no pedí pero alguien más lo hizo y dio mi número de habitación. He visitado otros hoteles de esta empresa y sin ningún detalle.por eso siempre hago uso de este servicio con esta empresa. Espero que mejoren su servicio.
