"Advertised as a regular hotel room when in actual fact, it is an Autohotel, this listing needs to be changed immediately, this is garbage"

"The place was awful. We had to park underneath the hotel and climb up a set of stairs to get to an elevator to get to our room. We requested the refrigerator due to my husband’s diabetics and was not given one. We checked out three days early due to all of the issues and the hotel staff not accommodating."

"The property is very big! I like the layout of the old hotel, It has beautiful character. The rooms are very big and clean. AC worked well, shower was working very well. The pools were warm and clean. However, the person working in the pool area is hard to get for towels or beverages. They really need 2 people at all times. The beds are just ok for comfort and sadly the pillows are absolutely horrible. My husband, daughter and I woke up complaining of the smell and hard pillows. Our necks were...

"The room was clean and comfortable but not what expected with amenities. There’s a pool that smells so strong of Clorox. You are made to sign for towels if you plan on taking to the beach. There’s no beach club anymore; only reason I picked the place. I also expected a Brisas experience but don’t expect that at this location."
