"We stayed two nights; one night to catch our cruise and another when we got back from cruise. There was one gal that was amazing! Everyone else at the front desk meh. Shuttle service was great. Overall it was a good affordable place, you get what you pay for."

"Had to have them replace the sheet upon arrival due to stains on them. Just wanted to be sure. The pool was nice and warm(heated) but it could have been cleaned more often due to the debris from the trees. Over all the staff was nice even about the sheet change. Have a positive attitude. The hotel was in a convenient area close to a lot of things restaurants and stores and the strip. Didn’t have to travel more than 15 mins. I would definitely go back. "

"Lago Mar was excellent!!! We traveled with our 3 children (7, 9 and 11) and there was a lot to do. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! The service is amazing. The resort is not super luxurious but the service is 5 Star In my opinion. Plenty of good food options available also. "
