The rooms were fine, but there is certainly signs of deferred maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, broken light fixtures, no explanation on operation of A/C, television, etc. Just beginning to show its age. On the other hand, the staff are all great, food very good and THE BEACH!!!!! Would we go ...

this hotel needs a major renovation... it has great bones... so a thorough remodel would rejuvenate this tired venue... everything's dated looking!
