「The upgrades to the property were amazing. So clean and up to date. I had a bit of an issue personally, and the staff was so helpful and revolved the problem.

「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」

「The property is located on beautiful Lake Guntersville with great views of the water. The breakfast is excellent considering that it is a hotel breakfast. The structure and rooms have a modern trendy look. Good choice for travellers.」
