"The staff throughout were very unhelpful. On the booking, it does not state that the parking resets at 3pm everyday so you actually pay £10 a day. The staff were unhappy about helping in any situation. The room is extremely basic. I was staying for my night shifts and there was no water bottles or fridge in the room to store food. Despite having a do not disturb sign outside the room, someone decided to violently knock on the door to ask if I'm still staying in the room. Very disappointed...

"The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. "It’s a lovely authentic pub in a small village, with a big courtyard and outdoor tables with parasols. The rooms are on the opposite side of the courtyard to the pub and are spacious and clean but very warm, even with the windows open and fans. We have stayed here 2 years running for the F1 as it’s very handy for the park and ride. I recommend staying here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the pub food is delicious."
