「We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! 」

「We stayed for 3 nights and it was the most relaxing and beautiful stay in the countryside of Cotswolds! The studio pod is spacious enough for two people, kitted out with good appliances and everything you really need for a lovely stay. The bed is very comfortable (I have back problems and can never get comfortable away from home, but this was great comfort for me). The location is perfect, close to many places of interest. Very serene waking up to the views! 」

「This is a lovely house. Spacious, but still cosy in winter. Very close to a good bus route into Oxford. Even though it is near to Oxford centre, the house and garden are very private, down a quiet lane Everything was spotless, and the kitchen island was a great place for the family to prepare meals together. 「The location, parking and cleaniness of apartment was lovely. However on our first evening had a shower and water warm, my daughter had one after and water cold. My wife couldnt have a shower as water too cold, also no warm water to have wash in the bathroom sink. Also could not wash dishes as no hot water in kichen sink. On contacting host told water only heated 7am to 9am and between 5pm and 7pm. My wife had to have a wash by heating water with a kettle :( also the smell of drains in the...
