The service at check-in and generally at the reception is really bad, usually lots of people with issues and only one staff member. Breakfast buffet is good. The rooms usually have something missing be it towels, remote control for a/c, blanket among others. No safes in the room!!!!

Convenient due to being next door for the mall for shopping/food. Everything was great and as adverised. Only 1 minor complaint was that the air conditioner could've been a bit colder. Not bad enough to cause any discomfort. Just would be nice due to Boa Vista being very hot.

Ibis boa vista very disappointing

Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. I will also put my review on trip advisor i expected hire standards the one positive the room was very

Hotel muito bom!

O hotel realmente é bom, moderno e muito limpo. O apartamento tem uma iluminação ótima e aconchegante. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O fato de estar localizado ao lado do shopping facilita muito. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, mas é cobrado separadamente. Eu, particularmente, achei caro (R$ 53,00). A academia merece uma moderrnização.

Staff impecável, ofereceram empatia, agilidade e gentileza. Café da manhã é padrão da rede Íbis, mas habilmente preparado. Quarto com bom tamanho, com cama confortável e chuveiro com ducha forte, o que proporciona um bom banho, no final do dia. Minha única ressalva é referente ao valor da diária, pois excede muito à média dos hotéis brasileiros com o mesmo perfil.
