"Disgusting unsanitary room"

"This is one of the best places I have stayed. Very curteous staff, clean rooms, great water views, plus they make fresh baked cookies for the guests in the evening : ) "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The shower surround must be brand new, because it was sparkling clean! It was also a bit slippery, but there was a grab bar to hold on. The breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options, a great selection of juices and coffee. Nice to have 2 wafflemakers, so there was no wait. The yogurt machine was new to us; we both used it and the yummy toppings. (Walnuts on waffles are delicious as well!). The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The pool and the hot tub were nice after a long day of walking around the tulip festival. The location was also great! A good vantage point to go to different places in the area. Overall a very nice stay and we would book again."

"Nice one-night stay here. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was excellent. Pool and hot tub were nice. We especially liked the lobby, which had a drink station and books and games for kids."

"Was disappointed that you took out complementary coffee. We found leftover food in the room fridge. Gross. But have stayed here previously and everything was very nice and you had coffee for guests. "
