"Hotel front desk could be better, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out of the backroom to check me in. It was 10pm the lobby had people in and out but no receptionist standing at the desk. "

"We were on the 3rd floor and our room was 80°. We told the front desk and they said there's nothing they could do because the hotel controls it and that its on heat. So we asked to be moved to the 1st floor because my daughter has asthma and couldn't breathe. They did move us and it was 75°. It was a little better. "

"This place is a good price for one night, but if you're staying for awhile then I would spend more money to stay somewhere else. The room was not cleaned well: crumbs on the night stand, sticky stain on the TV console, floor not vacuumed well, pretty sure there were dust mites in the room because I started to feel itchy. Night stand outlet barely held my plug, toilet roll holder coming out of the wall. The walls are extremely thin so bring ear plugs. I could hear 90% of my neighbor's conversations and music. "
