「Stains on the bedsheets the shower wall was discolored half way down. The other air conditioner, shattered not at all what I would expect for quality inn.」

「We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:30 PM. When we arrived, we were told the room wasn’t clean yet. It was 6:30 PM before we finally could check in. Although the hotel has been maintained well, is right next to a traffic light. This means every time the big trucks took off to move from the light you could hear it. The staff were friendly & the pool was nice. Breakfast was definitely small… the area to eat at was very small, and they had very few choices of things to eat.」

「Room was ok. Not clean at all under coach cushions, couch and bed. Closet was full of remodeling supplies. And the bathtub is very slick I almost fell twice. 」

「I was told I could check in anytime as I advised the front desk it would be later than usual and when I got there around 12pm nobody was answering the door or phone. Extremely disappointed with the misinformation I received from the Deland Hotel. I’m just hoping to get my money back..」

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「This is a basic hotel, has the necessary amenities for a stay, and convenient to both Orlando and Daytona. It has become dated and could use a deep cleaning both inside and out, along with an overall refresh. But for a place to sleep, ect, it fits the bill. I have stayed here numerous times with never any problems that the front desk staff handled right away, and I would stay here again.」
