"The hotel staff were so kind and cheerful! Extremely helpful and informative. Carol was just amazing and made us feel very welcome upon our arrival and even beforehand with a nice courtesy call to verify our booking. The rooms were very clean and cozy, water pressure not the greatest but overall very satisfied with the standard rooms for the price!
Having access to a boat ramp and boat slip was a big selling point for us and it didn't disappoint. Trailer parking and boathouse staff available to help you out whenever you need to launch. A short boat ride away from blue springs, hontoon island is right across from the resort, and a good ole fashioned fish camp style riverside restaurant about two miles upriver to get some great gator tail. Overall very pleased with our stay and plan on staying many more times in the future! "

"Nice, clean rooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have an excellent complimentary breakfast and there are also good dining options at walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location right next to I-4 is also very convenient."
"Air conditioner was not the best but after I told the front desk they offered to move me to a different room. We didn’t bother because it was not horrible just not as cooling as we like but it did an ok job. Staff was great, room was clean and acceptable, price for what you got was amazing!"
"Although an older motel, the room was large and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The small refrigerator keep my husband’s medication cold; the freezer refroze his ice packs.
