"I have stayed at this hotel several times. Always a very enjoyable experience. The room was clean and well maintained. The underground parking was definitely a plus the hot tub tubs were enjoyable and the breakfast was adequate. Some would not be satisfied with the food, but it’s included so try not to be so picky. Will definitely stay there again."
"The staff was amazing, they gave us a complementary upgrade and room was squeaky clean! The only reason for 4-star was the pool, it was so dirty, dead bugs and debris floating on the water. We only wish weather would have been nicer so we could have tried the lazy river."
"I had never been to this one before but had been to the one in Atlantic City, so I kinda knew what to expect. As with any Casino/resort, expect it to feel like a small town. There is a lot of walking to get to anything, and its sometimes easy to get turned around. I really appreciated the separate feel of the casino and the hotel though. Food is a little pricey but thats to be expected with the names behind even the quick things (Gordon Ramsay). I will say the pizza and the burgers at the market were 100% worth the money spent though."
"Ok room , but not super clean and needs remodeling, close to everything, super nice staff, lazy river super fun and warm, but pool area needs remodeling too, property nice just needs to be fixed up!"
"Great service and friendly. Just had to swap sheets due to 2 stains after washing ( yes they were washed but it looked like something got on them after). Front desk staff was great. Water park was cool to see"
"Very Nice hotel on a small river running through town. It was nice having the sound of the stream coming through the balcony window and door. They do have a small breakfast buffet that we only tried one of the five days we were there. They don't open till 8am and we wanted to be on the toad exploring by then. It's in a great location and a short walk to the strip. The shuttle also stops right out front and it's free. Burnt logs were left in the fireplace which caused an odor in the room unlike that of a burning fire. The odor wasn't so bad that we needed to have it cleaned out. The staff was more than helpful when providing local information on the shuttle and surrounding area. I would certainly stay here again."
