「The problem isn’t that the hotel is dated, which we expected, it’s the lack of attention to cleanliness and aesthetic touches. The hallway and lobby rugs were stained and not vacuumed. The lobby furniture is sad - would really not require a big investment to make it more appealing and comfortable. The room was relatively clean but it lacked love. It was very bare.
